Cancelation/No-Show Policy

Cancellation Policy 

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure the smooth functioning of our business and to accommodate other clients, we have established the following cancellation policy:


  1. Cancellation or Rescheduling: Clients are kindly requested to notify us at least 24 hours in advance if they need to cancel or reschedule their appointment. If they reschedule within 24 hours of their scheduled appointment, the will be charged a cancellation fee.
  2. Deposits: A deposit will be required for all MedSpa services booked ($50-$150 depending on service) and all Salon services booked require that a credit card be on file in order to hold your spot.
  3. Cancellation Fee: In the event that a client fails to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling… MedSpa paitents will lose thier deposits and Salon clients will be charged 50% of the scheduled services to the card on file.
  4. Payment Method: The cancellation fee will be charged to the payment method on file or removed from your Simple Beauty Wallet.
  5. Exceptions: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may occur. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis.
  6. How to Cancel or Reschedule: Clients can cancel or reschedule their appointments by texting or calling us at 239.431.5339

  7. New Patients: If a new client fails to cancel or reschedule their appointment date within 24 hours of their appointment they will forfeit ALL limited-time pricing offers, monthly special promotion, discounts or coupons.

By scheduling an appointment with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by our cancellation policy.


Late & No Show Policy


  1. MedSpa Patients: If you are 15 minutes or more late, you will lose your deposit and out of respect for our clients scheduled after you, you will have to reschedule.
  2. Salon Clients: If you are 15 minutes or more late or no show, you will be charged 100% of you scheduled services to the card on file and out of respect for our clients scheduled after you, you will have to reschedule

Simple Beauty Studio reserves the right to refuse appointments to any client who has demonstrated disregard of our cancellation policy
