1. Cancellation or Rescheduling: Clients are kindly requested to notify us at least 24 hours in advance if they need to cancel or reschedule their appointment.
2. Cancellation Fee: In the event that a client fails to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling, a cancellation fee of $35 will be charged.
3. Payment Method: The cancellation fee will be charged to the payment method on file.
4. Exceptions: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may occur. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis.
5. How to Cancel or Reschedule: Clients can cancel or reschedule their appointments by contacting us via 239.431.5339
6. New Patients: If a new client fails to cancel or reschedule their appointment date within 24 hours of their appointment they will forfeit ALL limited-time pricing offers, monthly special promotion, discounts or coupons.

By scheduling an appointment with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by our cancellation policy.
