General Questions
What color line do you use?
We use both Joico and Redken Colors.
What is the difference between a full, ¾, partial and mini foil?
Each service is a foiling method in which your stylist adds dimensional color to your hair. Depending on the amount of foils needed, your stylist will let you know which level foil is best for you.
Do all color services include a blowout?
No. Your stylist will dry a portion of your hair to ensure you love the color, but if you would like to have a full blowout, please book your preferred blowout with your color service.
Do women’s haircuts include a blowout?
All haircuts include a blowout.
How many weeks do I need to wait between appointments?
This depends on what services you receive, but typically we recommend you return for a trim or a treatment every 4-6 weeks and color every 4-8 weeks. Your stylist will help you set up the perfect treatment plan for your needs during your consultation.
Do you guarantee my color?
We will recolor any service within two weeks of your original appointment if your color changes or fades, but we do require that you have purchased professional products from us for maintenance in order to receive this guarantee.
What products do you carry?
Do you do Men’s haircuts?
Yes, we do. They include a nice wash, head massage, and a specialty haircut by one of our talented stylists.
Do you offer consultations?
Yes, we offer free 15-minute consultations with any of our talented stylists. We recommend scheduling one if you plan on ordering extensions or making a major change to your color so our stylists can properly manage your expectations.
