General Questions
Can I get Neurotoxins if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?
No, you will have to wait until after. In the meantime, we offer a great variety of skincare products by Skin Ceuticals, Revisions, and Obagi that we highly recommend.
What do I need to do before my first Medical Spa appointment?
Prior to your first appointment, you will receive an email from Aesthetic Record with a link to sign up for our Patient Portal. You will register as a “New Patient” & fill out your medical history. You will also receive an email with Pre-Care Instructions. Please be sure to read through these thoroughly so you get the best results.
If I put down a deposit for an appointment can I be refunded?
We do not provide refunds for deposits. However, you may use your deposit towards another service or product if you decide to not go through the service you put your deposit down for as long you have cancelled your appointment 24 hours in advance.
Can I drink alcohol before getting injectables?
We recommend not drinking prior to reduce any possible bruising/bleeding.
Can I get a HydraFacial if I am pregnant?
No, but we can offer you a Signature Facial instead!
How long do I have to wait until I get a touch up?
For neurotoxins & filler, you must wait two weeks until you can come back in for a touch-up. You have to come in within 4 weeks, or else we can not do a touch-up.
How long do I have to wait after Neurotoxins to get a facial?
We recommend waiting 2 weeks after Neurotoxins to get a facial to avoid any movement from the injection sites.
How often is it recommended to come in for Neurotoxins?
Between 3-4 months.
How often is it recommended to come in for filler?
6-8 months, depending on how your body metabolizes the filler.
